The rules of the platform.
These Terms govern your use of the Perpeto platform. Together with the documents they reference, they form the SaaS Agreement between you and Perpeto Labs s.r.o.

Governing version
The Slovak version is binding. English and Polish versions are official translations.

Effective date
In force from 8 June 2026. Users are notified by email at least 14 days before any change.

Withdrawal right
Withdraw within 14 days of registration without giving a reason. Model form attached.

Electronic by default
All communication, invoices, and notices delivered by email and through the platform.

Read or download the full text.
The full Terms are kept as a single document — in writing, dated, and downloadable in several languages.
Slovak is the binding language. If a discrepancy between language versions would disadvantage a consumer who entered into the Agreement based on a translated version, the version more favourable to that consumer applies (Art. 1.4).

§ 03 — Questions or complaints
How to reach us.
For questions about the Terms or any aspect of the service, write to info@perpeto.com. Formal complaints are acknowledged without delay and resolved within 30 days of receipt, in line with Art. 9 of the Terms. Consumers unsatisfied with the outcome may turn to the relevant alternative dispute resolution body — in Slovakia, the Slovak Trade Inspection.
